The CityROCK indoor climbing gym offers a tough yet fun workout for all levels. There is a bouldering area as well as high walls, with a variety of climbs available. What makes this a good workout is that it is never the same two climbs in a row. You will use muscles you didn’t know you had while working your mind at the same time. Sea Point Outdoor Gym

On the promenade, the outdoor gym makes it far more enjoyable to get that beach body started compared to sweating away in a regular gym. There are a variety of facilities found here, and best of all, it doesn’t cost a cent. In addition to the equipment provided, there is also an obstacle course. You can warm up with a jog on the promenade, or perhaps a game of soccer, rugby or Frisbee on the lawn. Sometimes, there’s also free yoga on offer if you’re lucky. The gym is open all day, every day.
